Apply a sparkly Kuromi™ Caty Eye Gel Couleur layer and then use your Magic Magnet Wand to create your desired look. Once satisfied, cure in an LED light for 30s. Finish with Top Gelcoat and you’re ready for a day of troublemaking with Kuromi™ and friends!
