Metcalfe NS300 Medium Duty Slicer

A superbly designed slicing machine made entirely from highly polished satin finish anodised aluminium with a 300mm blade diameter.

The hollow ground chromed carbon steel blade has an integral self-aligning sharpening unit and its cut is adjustable from 0 to 13mm.

It has a powerful east to adjust twin poly 'v' belt driven transmission which gives it smooth cutting and silent running of the ball bearing mounted carriage which is easily detachable for cleaning.
